TestCal was established in 2009 to market the CalCard. Since then it has developed a range of applications tools and instruments to aid professional engineers in the electrical world.

The founding partner Stephen Brown has 40+ years in Electrical Engineering and has designed and manufactured many solutions.

TestCal tries to meet the real requirements for electricians at an affordable cost. This is achieved through low overheads and direct manufacturing of our products.
